Information for Hayah International Academy Parents

• Watch this video to know how to create an account, add your child, and pair their wristband/ card.

• Cash recharge handled at the school’s finance office.
• Parents who wish to purchase a wristband instead of the ID card can order and pay online through “Spare” app 200 LE for each wristband or cash at the school’s finance office.
• In case of losing your child’s ID card/wristband, you must deactivate it through the app, order, and pay for another one through your “Spare” app or on campus at the finance department. The replacement card costs 200 LE.
• Parents/guardians must notify the school office via e-mail of their order and payment of any extra or lost ID card/wristband. Accordingly, the school office can send the ID card/wristband to your child’s class on the next day after payment.
